I was trying to figure out what to write about for the front page article today, and when I saw a post by Diana in the forum about how she quilts freehand roses, I decided my job was super easy today! We've got drawings from several quilters already, and I hope more of you will chime in with your favorite freehand rose or flower. I think it's fascinating to see how the style of a flower changes as each person adds their own touch to it. I don't really do freehand flowers a lot, but how about a feather variation that looks a bit like a rosebud?
Now, let's see your freehand flowers! --Suzanne
