Recently because of some minor health issues my personal goals for March went totally out the window. As I was assessing my goals and progress I realized that we all have periods of time like this where we lost track of some specific goals, whether creative, dietary, financial or whatever. So I headed to the Web to see what kinds of resources are there for us. Here's what I found:
This is a very interesting blog by a person who is trying to change herself positively in 365 days. I think keeping a journal like this can be a great motivating tool to constantly track your own progress.
